How much does an AI receptionist cost?
Most AI receptionists are priced like a phone plan: a monthly fee that includes some minutes, plus a rate for extra minutes. Here's what drives the price, what you'd pay at different call volumes with Flowgenza, and how that compares with hiring.

On price alone, Launch is the cheapest up to about 430 minutes a month, Grow from there up to about 1,450, and Scale above that. Features matter too: calendar booking starts on Grow, and up to 500 calls at once is only on Scale.
These examples use monthly billing, before VAT and phone number rental. Yearly billing lowers the plan fee.
How that compares with a receptionist
